My experience with this store started off great. Brian was so incredibly helpful and worked with me and my needs. My husband was on business travel, I know next to nothing about cars, and my battery died. I went to this store because my husband had gone their. Brian helped me with my purchase of a new battery and was understanding of my situation and did his best to work with me. He was GREAT! So, it came out that the previous battery was defective and I was due a refund on my new battery. Again, this was Brian who helped determine this. Today, I stopped by to get my refund and my experience went from great to not good because of Joe. Joe, who claimed to be a manager, was rude, impatient, and NOT a morning person all because he had to do an extra step. Joe said Brian didn't follow protocol and therefore it made more work for him. Now, my time with Joe was less than 3 minutes. I would be careful when purchasing from this store, especially if Joe is there.
