This is an amazing gym. Anyone that says otherwise is being petty about petty things. You want results? This is the place to make results happen.

Overall a terrible gym experience. The owners are nice, but that is about where anything good stops. The floor is disgusting carpet which soaks up sweat. I cringe every time I do sit-ups because it is so gross. The coaches often only give attention to certain customers and can be seen texting or using their phones while coaching. Nothing too terrible, just really poor service. I would rather pay less at the tons of other local places for such poor quality.

And the bathrooms are kept in poor shape as well.
